1. Know your budget
Start with the market check. It applies the Lithuanian responsible lending rules – debt payments up to 50 % of income at a – test rate, terms up to 30 years – and tells you the down payment you will need: 10 % for a first home, 15 % or 30 % otherwise.
2. Account and consultant
Create an account, upload documents and talk to a consultant in English. We review your case before anything goes to a lender and tell you honestly what to expect.
3. Real requests to several lenders
With your consent, we send one prepared file to several lenders at once. You do not have to repeat your story at every bank.
4. Offers side by side, then negotiation
Offers arrive in your account and are shown side by side: margin, base rate, APR, fees, insurance and conditions. We then negotiate for an improved second version, using the competing offers as leverage.
5. Valuation, agreement and notary
Once you choose, the lender orders or accepts a property valuation, issues the final agreement, and the purchase and mortgage are signed at a notary. Typical extra costs are valuation, notary and registration fees, and property insurance.
What we never do
- We never promise approval – the lender decides.
- We never call an estimate an offer.
- We never send your data to a lender without your consent.
Eligibility for foreign residents and foreign-income borrowers depends on each lender’s own policy. We confirm your case individually before any application is sent.
Get real offers – start with step one.
